Availability of specific services may vary by location and are subject to scheduling.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Any quotes or estimates we provide are based on the information available to us at the time and describe the anticipated scope of work. Actual pricing may change if the condition of your door, opener, or related components differs from what was described, or if additional parts or labor are required. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any material change in scope or cost before performing the additional work. Unless stated otherwise in writing, estimates are valid for thirty (30) days.

3. Scheduling and Service

We offer same-day and scheduled appointments subject to availability. While we make every effort to arrive within the agreed time window, appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, prior jobs, or circumstances beyond our control. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to ensure that pets, vehicles, and personal property are cleared from the work area prior to our arrival.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with other payment methods identified at the time of service. Any balance not paid when due may be subject to reasonable collection costs permitted by law.

5. Workmanship and Warranty

We stand behind our work and are committed to making sure every customer has a "Physically Healthy Door." Parts and equipment we install may carry a manufacturer's warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer and subject to its terms. Our labor warranty, where applicable, covers defects in workmanship for the period communicated to you at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can serve you and our other customers efficiently. Certain custom orders or special-order parts may be non-refundable once ordered.
